Write to help@stick.so. A person reads every message and replies by email. Include the address of your page, for example yourname.stick.site, and what you were trying to do.

Signing in#

Stick signs you in with a code sent to your email, or with Google or Apple. If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us from the address you signed up with.

Stick in Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps#

The setup guide covers connecting each app, every tool and fixes for common errors. The connector saves drafts; you publish them in the Stick editor.

Payments and Digital Products#

Paid products use your own Stripe account, which you connect in Settings → Payments. If you bought something on someone's page, contact that page's creator first: they are the seller. If you can't reach them, write to us.

Reporting a page#

If a page breaks our acceptable use rules, send its URL and what is wrong with it to help@stick.so. We acknowledge every report and act on it promptly where it is justified.
